These were both keys I made up in the early days of META.yml when I was 
shoving any data I thought was useful from MakeMaker into the metadata.

We decided they were transient and/or useless information and dropped them. 
Upgrading MakeMaker and letting it rebuild the META.yml will eliminate them.
