Removing search.pl

Hey,
John (JD) Lightsey has been looking into various things in core and came
across a utility we install on Windows called "search.pl".
It is a form of `find` and `grep`, but better (more options, faster,
etc.). The last meaningful commit on it was at 2003.
Tony has suggested simply removing it. It can also be moved onto CPAN
(where it could also be improved, if anyone is interested).
I wanted to ask if anyone has any objection to it, before we go ahead
with it.
